Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work and supplements our Terms of Service.

How billing works

Superjolt is pay-as-you-go. You add funds to a prepaid balance (minimum top-up $10) and metered resources — compute and the like — draw down against it per second of use. There's no subscription and no free starting balance.

Consumed usage

Usage that has already been delivered (compute time, storage, email, and other metered resources you've consumed) is non-refundable, since the service was provided.

Prepaid balance

Top-ups are non-refundable. Funds you add stay on your account as credit toward metered usage; we don't return unused balance to your original payment method, so only top up what you expect to use. This doesn't affect any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer — see below.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including any right of withdrawal that applies to you.

Billing errors and chargebacks

Think you were charged in error? Contact us first and we'll investigate and put it right if so — that's faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension while we resolve it.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the amount and reason, and we'll take it from there.
