Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies and similar local-storage technologies Superjolt uses. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We keep this deliberately minimal — we don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Strictly necessary

  • Session cookie. When you sign in to the dashboard, a session cookie is set on our API origin so we can keep you authenticated. This is essential — the Service can't work without it — so it doesn't require consent.

Preferences

  • Consent choice (sj-cookie-consent). When you make a choice on the cookie banner on this marketing site, we store it in your browser's local storage (value allow or deny) so we don't ask again. It contains no personal data.

Analytics cookies (consent-gated)

  • Google Analytics 4. On the public marketing site only. By default GA4 runs cookieless — it sets no cookies and measures visits only in aggregate. It sets analytics cookies only after you click "Allow" on the consent banner; if you decline, it stays cookieless. GA4 does not store IP addresses. The dashboard and admin surfaces never load analytics.

Error monitoring (no consent required)

  • Error session id. On this marketing site we run lightweight error monitoring to catch broken pages. It sets no cookie — it stores only a temporary per-tab session identifier in your browser's sessionStorage, used to group errors from the same visit and cleared when you close the tab. It holds no personal data and isn't used for analytics or profiling. Because keeping the site working depends on it, it runs under our legitimate interest rather than the consent banner. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

How to control cookies

Use the consent banner to allow or decline analytics cookies. You can clear the stored choice (and any analytics cookies) through your browser's site-data settings, which will make the banner reappear. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies generally, though blocking the necessary session cookie will stop you signing in.
